Platform · created at NOVA ENSP

Human connection, supported by technology.

The platform holds a repeating cycle: perceive your state, express experience, listen, choose an action and learn from feedback.

An international digital mental health startup developed in Lisbon under the leadership of Dmitry Shamenkov.

One environment. Three distinct roles.

Technology does not perform the relationship, and a facilitator does not live the participant’s life.

  1. The participantChooses purpose, shares experience, acts and controls what is disclosed.
  2. The group and facilitatorCreate rhythm and conditions for dialogue without fixing or prescribing.
  3. AI supportStructures reflection and recurring patterns between meetings while decisions remain human.

A single 30-day cycle.

Platform access, a live peer group and facilitation are parts of one experience—not three unrelated products.

Participants practise between meetings, bring real situations into dialogue and use feedback from action to shape the next step.

Scope and safety

Development support—not emergency or clinical care.

Open Dialogue Space is a practice and development environment. It is not an emergency, medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic service; it does not diagnose and does not replace professional care.

If you may harm yourself or someone else, or are in an acute crisis, contact your local emergency service or a qualified clinician now. People with acute symptoms or unstable clinical conditions should seek stabilization and specialist guidance before considering group participation.
