What Open Dialogue Space receives, why it is needed, and how you can manage your consent.

Controller and contact
The data controller is OPENDIALOGUE SPACE LTD. To access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, email enter@opendialogue.space.
Application data
The form collects your name, email or Telegram, a description of the task, product option, language, source page and consent version. Do not send diagnoses, treatment or medication details, or medical documents through this form.
Technical data
The receiver also records IP address, browser user-agent and referrer for spam protection, delivery diagnostics and security. Application and technical data are not sent to advertising analytics.
Purpose and basis
Data is used only to answer your product application, discuss an appropriate entry point and protect the form. The basis is your explicit consent and steps taken at your request before a possible contract. You may withdraw consent by email.
Research
A product application is not an RCT application, is not used for research screening and is not transferred into a research pipeline. Research data and consent require a separate approved process.
Storage and processors
Applications are kept only as long as needed to answer and continue the interaction you requested, then deleted or anonymised unless law or an established contractual relationship requires otherwise. Server infrastructure is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; access is restricted to authorised team members.
If you provide a Telegram handle and choose to continue the conversation there, the team may respond through Telegram. Telegram is an independent service and may process data outside the EEA under its own privacy terms. Provide an email address instead if you do not want a response through Telegram.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country of residence or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. For processing connected with the project’s Portuguese operations, the authority is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) ↗.
