PART III. HOW (continued): Extended Formats and the Foundation
“A group creates a unique environment that nourishes its participants, inspires them, supports them, and fosters their effective development. Reaching such a result on your own is difficult.”
— from my book “Open Dialogue: The Key to Conscious Health Management” (2018)
In the first block of Part III (sections 8–13), we examined the individual-and-group core of the systemquant: the Practice of Silence, reflection, goal-setting, action, gratitude, and micro-pauses. These are the things a person does “one on one” with themselves and in ordinary group work.
Now come four extended formats that turn a set of practices into a full-fledged living environment: the continuous safe space of the group chat, individual case discussions with a facilitator, the intensive group format, and the foundation of lifestyle that makes all of this possible.
Each of these formats addresses a problem that individual practices alone cannot, and each has a distinct scientific basis of its own.
